Adam Cox
Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance
Adam joined Consilium during 2021 in the new role as Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance, ensuring that legal, governance and compliance risks are understood and managed in the context of Consilium’s regulatory and commercial environment. Adam also holds the position of Consilium’s Company Secretary.
Prior to joining Consilium, Adam was a Senior Legal Counsel at a UK based global travel technology company managing a team responsible for providing legal support to a number of business functions, including sales operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. A qualified solicitor, Adam also has private practice experience, working at one of New Zealand’s premier law firms prior to moving to the UK.
Adam has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts (French and Political Science) from the University of Canterbury.
