Louisa Yandle
General Manager – Product and Operations
Louisa is the General Manager of Product and Operations, and leads a team of product specialists who focus on the origination and development of business opportunities to ensure that Consilium continues to deliver new and innovative solutions to our clients.
Louisa has been with Consilium since 2019 and is responsible for researching and developing new ideas and solutions to enhance the Consilium suite of solutions.
Louisa has significant experience working in senior finance roles having worked for Macquarie Bank and ANZ Bank in Sydney for 16 years before returning to Christchurch. In these, roles she was responsible for developing equity based financial products for high net worth individuals, corporates and institutions.
Louisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science with majors in finance, management science, and psychology, from the University of Canterbury.
