• Evidential KiwiSaver Scheme Terms and Conditions

    • I declare that the details I have supplied in the application are correct and acknowledge that my choice of investment option(s) will be a binding direction from me to Consilium NZ Limited (‘Consilium’), the manager of the Evidential KiwiSaver Scheme.  
    • I understand and accept that I am responsible for use of my account.
    • I confirm that I meet the eligibility criteria for joining the Evidential KiwiSaver Scheme (see ‘joining the scheme’ in the Product Disclosure Statement).  
    • I acknowledge that investments are made using the Adminis platform, an investment administration platform provided by Adminis NZ Limited (‘Adminis’). I understand that by using the Adminis platform that I am bound by the Adminis Terms of use.
    • I agree to accept communications from Consilium and Adminis electronically, and confirm that any information sent by email can be treated as having been received by me once it has been transmitted to my most recently notified email address.
    • I agree that Consilium may collect, use, share and store my Information as set out in Consilium’s Privacy Policy.
    • If I am applying to transfer my savings from another KiwiSaver scheme to the Evidential KiwiSaver Scheme, I authorise the manager or the supervisor of the transferring scheme to provide to Consilium or the Scheme supervisor any of my personal information as necessary to complete the transfer of my savings to the Evidential KiwiSaver Scheme.
    • I agree that any liability of Consilium or Adminis under the Evidential KiwiSaver Scheme is limited to the extent to which my portfolio suffers actual loss as a direct result of their respective negligence, fraud or wilful default, nor will any of them be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising from any reasonable delay in giving effect to my instructions and requests.
    • I authorise and consent to Consilium accessing my details on any electronic or physical database (including, without limitation, the New Zealand Transport Agency’s database of driver licences and the Department of Internal Affairs’ database of passports) for the purpose of verifying any identity information I have provided, as required.
